The Olympic flame was greeted in Toronto by a crowd of around 25,000 people. The streets of Canada’s most populous city were packed as the flame made its way through Ontario’s provincial capital. Of particular interest was the leg run by Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, which saw thousands of people fill Yonge Street to see the actor carry the torch. Its next leg sees the torch make its way around the rest of Ontario, and later the Niagara Falls.
We’d like to see if Team GB can better their 1 medal won in the last winter Olympics in Turin!
