What to do in Olbia?
Olbia is a high point of tourism for the more elite travellers, especially those interested in yachts. By sea, the area is beautiful to explore, with many beaches and islands to stop along your way. We can provide the perfect yacht for your stay. However, don’t forget to pack your suntan lotion because temperatures in the summer usually go as high as 40°C! If you can scuba dive, then the heat won’t be a problem and you will be able to enjoy the underwater ruins as part of your trip.
If you plan on visiting Olbia on land, you will probably want to spend time on the beach. There is a wide choice of beaches, such as Porto Istana Beach or Spiaggia Pittulongu or Spiaggia Rena Bianca or you can even go north to the Costa Smeralda.
You can also take walks to several archeological sites, for example, the Castello di Pedres, the Nuraghe Riu Mulinu, the Castello di Sa Paulazza or the Tomba dei Giganti, all of which are very interesting ruins. And if you want to learn more, you can spend some your time at the Archaeological Museum where you can even find roman ships!
