On Monday it was the 5th Annual FRLA (that stands for Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association) Broward Golf Invitational, and Private Jet Charter had agreed to be a Gold Sponsor at the event.  The proceeds from the event support and provide scholarships for FRLA’s high school Pro Start Culinary programs and Lodging Management programs for students.

Daniel Hurley attended on behalf of Private Jet Charter and invited guests, Phillip Krause, Morgan McGrath and Calvin Roseberry.

The FRLA were offering a competition on the par three 13th hole, where if someone managed a hole in one, the grand prize was for five star hotel accommodation in Augusta, Georgia with passes included to the Augusta US Masters next April.  What a fantastic prize. Dan was suitably dismayed when he saw his tee shot land in the bunker!  Better luck next time Dan.

The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association is among the most influential trade associations in Florida. The association was established in 1946 to represent the restaurant industry. Since that time, the scope of FRLA’s representation has expanded to include the entire hospitality industry including lodging establishments, restaurants and thousands of suppliers to the industry. The association counts among its members some of the largest businesses in each of these categories.

And here at the end of the event, is our very own lovely Lori Kennedy, Private Aviation Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office, accepting an award, with Dan Hurley and FRLA board chair Heiko Dobrikow.

A great day had by all 🙂
